Our auto renewal feature ensures that your subscription automatically renews so you maintain uninterrupted service. You can easily manage your auto renewal settings on the My plan page.

Ran out of your monthly allotment or need more or less downloads on a regular basis? We understand things change. You can always contact us and we’ll be happy to help.

For Monthly (no contract) subscriptions, you are free to cancel at any time by turning off auto renewal in your plan settings. Since you have already paid for the monthly subscription at the beginning of the billing cycle, you will still be able to use your remaining downloads or credits until the end of your billing cycle.

If you need to terminate your Annual (billed monthly) subscription before the end of the 12 month term, you will be subject to a fee equivalent to the savings you received in comparison to the Monthly (no contract) plan rate. Please contact us for assistance with your cancellation or if you have any questions.

Generally, PropTexx does not refund purchases once the payment goes through. We can refund purchases made by European Union customers within the first 14 days, provided you haven’t used any downloads or credits. After 14 days or once a plan is used, it is no longer eligible for a refund. Please refer to our Terms of Service for more details.
